ManCom Meeting minutes

Good day! Attached herewith my minutes of our discussiom this morning.

For your review and comments.

Thank you.

Minutes of the Discussion, June 23, 2018 at the Conference Room, 3rd Flr. Juana
Merced Bldg. Angono Rizal

Members:
Mr. Jorge U. Saguinsin - Senior Managing Director
Ms. Joanne D. Abiog- Junior Accountant
Ms. Nallie May C. Idioma- HR Assistant

Agenda: Communication and Breakthrough Thinking

Communication has 2 things:
Written communications
Hibino Breakthrough

Memo should consist of the following:
Tell them what to do
Explain
Tell what you have told them
Action:  In creating memo, we should use the GROW Memo so we can deliver the information clearly and we were able to explain what we want from them, even in conducting a teleconference we should apply it.

GROW MEMO:
G – Goals
R – Reality
O- Options
W- What to do next

Action: Successful businessmen wrote down their goals.

Breakthrough Thinking
Means exceeding your thoughts.

Principle in Breakthrough Thinking:
Uniqueness Principle -  people should think for a solution, they can copy but it must be improved.
Purpose Principle - Explore and expand to understand what is really happening.
System Principles
Input – the 4 M's
Throughput - Process
Output- Product
Purpose- Value
Environment - environment
Human Capital- Manpower
Catalyst- Incentives
Solution After Next- thinking what will be the effect of the decision that you make.
Timeline and Betterment Principle- People should always think out of the box. There should always have a constant improvement, Kaizen.

Action: Breakthrough Thinking Principles serves as a guide in creating decision. We should always think for the better and for a long term plan. Letting our thoughts exceed makes us more curious and motivated because we want to know if we made a good decision, therefore it helps us to discover something new with ourselves, and it is applicable for us, because it strengthens our beliefs, that we will learn one new thing a day and we are changing to be better and be very competitive.

The discussion was adjourned at exactly 10:40 am.
