Days Orientation of New Hires/Trainees3rd EDWhat: This is the amended syllabus for the orientation of new hires and traineesAll staff including the officers must undergo and pass this orientation.Passing this orientations is a requirement for:1. To promote efficiency and effectiveness among staffReality:1. Frequent cases of miscommunication, lack of miscommunication, distortionof communication (dagdag bawas) and chismis2. Frequent alibis inaction, insubordination among new staff: non posting at blognon answering of emails, texts3. While we say our human resource are our greatest resources: many lack the discipline the determination and dedication to work with us as a team and hence become expenses and deadweight to the organization. Each trainee is given a copy of this syllabus either in soft or hard copy form. This is the guideline for the orientation. The trainee acknowledges each topic as having been taken up as they happen. This document is the basis for the issuance of Certificate of Training which is the basis for future salary increases2. The trainees are given achievement exams/and exercises each day or periodically. Passing grade is 75%. The trainee MUST FINISH THE EXAMS AND SUBMIT THE REQUIRED OUTPUTS ON TIME. The delayed and non submission shall be a ground for the termination of the orientation and discontinuance of the proposed employment3. No late or absence. Just one event is a cause of stoppage from further attendance in this orientation4.
