Sir, here are my recommendations regarding our visit in HAMP. 

1. Embalming Room: Sir, I think we need to change the name of this room to something that people don't be scared of when they read this. My suggestion is to change this as "Prep room or Care Center". 

We also need to purchase Embalming Equipment and tools. (Complete list of the ff. Items are to follow) 

2. Repainting of Chapel (Hallways and inside of chapels)

3. Chapel: Amenities are inadequate. We need to have Refrigerator and Microwave. We also need to purchase bed covers, Pillows and Blankets. Replace monoblock chairs to sofa/couch in premium chapel. By that we can sell the chapel in a higher value. 

4. Hallway: a canopy may be construct for shading and during rainy days. Garden also needs to landscapes.

Reality:

1.  We have been careless and overdone offering chapel service for ecoono packages, even for  home viewing

What are the adjustments?

1. Home viewing is available for packages below 90k,   chapel viewing is for 110 and above, for econo and premium packages

2.  Home viewing is only 4 nights and 5 days, an additional of P1,000 per night is to be charged in excess of 4 nights.

  IC must be informed of 1 and 2

3.  For free chapel use of package above 90k, it is only 3 nights and 4 days, but shall be offered at 2 nights and 3 days for promo purposes

4.  Chapel use/rental

   Morong and  Pangasinan  (Chapel size of about 100 sm are almost identical
   in size.  (belongs to the Premier Category of Heritage which is P230,000 with 
   Bates Casket

   They could be offered only as a package not on a per night basis and with
   funeral service as we are doing now.

  Our chapels will be provided with 2 2.5 hp Inverter aircon (both) and Pangasinan will be renovated similar to Morong

   Minimum package for 4 nights 5 days is P72,000.00

              This is inclusive of use of the viewing room and family room
              @ P10,000 per night  =  P40,000.00 and P32,000.00 FS casket
             (two aircon per viewing area, plus the one at family room boosts
             electricity expense

   Should they have another servicing mortuary, we will give them a 20% discount or  14,000 or net price of  P58,000.  The ideal is for them is to go direct to us for services because they can save...

   Once there is another servicing mortuary using our chapel, their names/brand evaporate.  Only Holy Gardens Holy Angels shall prevail:   no tarpaulin or other branding for  them

3. Fuel tank for crematorium:     old surplus tank from recon importer:  nilagyan ng visible fuel level, clear indicator,   may stand, may fuel pump filter and cleaner:  to service both crematorium and genset (standby)

    1. Allegations that some previous staff and officers undersold the company
        by offering higher priced casket for lower priced service..Have pictures
        of interment and casket used.

   2.  Allegation that this was attempted again on Zacarias

   3. On Zacarias interment where the family asked for discount and later asked
       for extras. 

      KNOW WHAT THEY WANT AND DETERMINE THE PRICE (and the discount  later)

2. Rationalize our prices:

   1.  If there are several plexis for simplicity unify all plexis

   2.  Label our caskets to avoid confusion;  ask assistance of Joseph
       Flores if needed.

   3.  Revise our ppt.:  with regards to prices, and budget, and features

   4.  Remove some of unneccessary features that make our offering cost more

I saw the P N L of the proposed cash advance for Zacarias interment which got an P80,000 discount as recommended because of damaged with scratch casket.

Some notation:

1.  The P N L is measly P23,000.   

2.  Suddenly may agent. There was no reported Agent hence nagbigay ng discount.  Next time, when we give huge discount wala nang ahente.

3.  Requests for discount shall be strictly discouraged .  We give only full service.  If there are defective casket, we do not sell this,  We have them repaired or replaced...Full quality and full service only

4. When there discounts, it has to be made clear in the sales agreement that
    service features shall be discounted.

5.  If the customer and agents are benchmarking past mistakes of underpricing of our caskets and over delivery of features, such are to have incident reports and audited (as mentioned in December that what was reported as Senior Tapiada is actually a Metal Flexi.... An immediate submission of such IR is required

   Such pernicious  abusive practices of our staff are to be investigated and found correct be made to pay for the price difference.  aside from explanation.
(MT and PT)  Immediate submission of the same is appreciated.

As for reported misconduct of agents, this sales policy is being prescribed for dissemination

1.   Accreditation of sales agents:


     Sales agents and other officers need to be accredited and trained at Holy Gardens Chapel


       1.  There is a separate group and selling is not automatically authorized;  there is a separate 

           training and accreditation.  


       2.  Sales policy for this business is separate and distinct from that of plot sales


       3.  The cremation and chapel services agents shall attend a seminar in which the features of

            the various services and packages are enumerated.  


      4.  The accredited agents shall accept agree and sign in to the prescribed terms and conditions

            of the sales policies and be issued separate sales authority...


2.  Commission rate is as follows which may be outright or paid by pay card (when accredited)

   ; not later than 14 days after the signing of the sales agreement

     based on 70% of the package price less WT as required by law.


     This rate is based on gross price and will be reduced accordingly if:


     1.  There is a discount request;


     2.  Senior citizen pwd discount


4.  Recognition of agents:


     Agency is recognized when:


       1.  There is previous registration by written note, viber or email, sms duly answered by the office


      2.  The agent accompanied the deceased family


     3.   The name of the agent is duly recorded at the sales contract and the agent signed the same


         If any of the above is missing, the commission shall not be paid and without proper training 

         and accreditation


   . 4  There are no in house agents and standby of the agent at the chapel is discouraged... Walk in

        customers can only have agents when 1 to 3 are followed


5.  The features of all packages are described and written at the sales contract and prescribed in 

     clear book,  brochures,  and power points which shall be sole basis for rectification of complaints

     Price lists.   Nothing that is unwritten shall be communicated to the customers.   No form of dishonesty 

     in advertising, misrepresentation shall be allowed


6.  The agents, officers and employees of the company are all enjoined to strictly abide by published

      features and shall not make exaggerated claims or announcements to the customers.  Anything

      that is not written at the brochures and being claimed by the customers shall be shouldered 

      by the concerned agents.


     Repeated violation of # 4 and #6 is a ground for disaccredititation of the sales agents


7.  Nothing in the mistakes in the past employees and officers shall mean the continuance of said errors... 


8.  The published  features of the packages are as follows:  


     Funeral Services (at need and pre need) 


      


     Cremation Services (at need and pre need)

9.  All sales of funeral and cremation services shall be in black and white and properly documented, and the agent being made to witness the same.  No further increase in  features and no other deduction shall be made in the sales contract and requests outside the contract that will adversely affect the viability of the agreement.  


9.  Discounts:


     Our prices and features are to be made competitive and budgeted

     expenses prescribed.  We go by published prices and discounts will be 

     allowed for PWD and SC as prescribed by law...Extraordinary discounts      will not granted  It is understood that for 

      discounts,  service levels features shall likewise be discounted and 

     explained to the customer.   Agents and employees must subsribe to 

     and abide by the said sales contract
