                Posting of Free Obits for Customers (Griefshare) and Non Customers
                FOFF

What:  Is mandatory for all sbus to post FREE OBITS for customers and non
           customers alike at the moment of receipt of Interment Authorization, 
           before the  death and not long after death

Objectives:

      1. To achieve unique and memorable interments for customers

      2. To add value to  interment/memorialization and give real meaning to that
          "to remember in a special way"

     3. To add to the word sympathy that "we give a damn, that we care"

     4. By providing tops customer service, we create inbound traffic, and more
         prospects, inquiries and consequently sales, 

  Reality:

    1. Our sales suck

   2.  SBUs have not been posting obits, and and indication of other thiings
       in interment that sucks

   3.  Even the format of posting all ready being not done and when done is 
        wrongly done.  A female departed uses the he pronoun, taggings
        search box are not filled up.   

  4.  The other points in edit box are not completed as:   permalink
       location, and search description

Options:  

    1. You can post at FB directly but that is prohibited now by a director
         1. Picture of the wake
        2.  Name of the deceased above the picture
        3.  Birth date
        4. Death date
        5. Interment date
        6.  Burial place (no mention of  Holy Gardens
        7.  Viewing location
       

    2 You can post at blogger which has many key points to observe and slower

      3.  Upload picture or drag and paste  (center and use large for formatting)
           Get latest picture that does not look a very dead person.  Use candle
           flower or any apt picture for the image

     4.  Type name   (use largest Font)

     5. Type birth date and death date, be sure there is space before dash
        and dash after.. Use large font for the birth and death date

     6. Use correct pronoun for the dead  He for a male, and Her for a female
         (review grammar.)

    7.  Use large font for the rest of obit text

        As for death certificate use only normal font.  Be sure you have the name of the local register, spelled correctly

   At the right side of edit box;    Search aid:

   8. Tagging/label:
      Type these and separate each one by a comma:

        1.  Name of the deceased;
        2.  free, 
        3.  obits
        4.  electronic
        5.  on line
        6.  death notice
       7.  Holy Gardens
       8.  Your location
       9. Birth date (no comma after say 7 (the  comma will separate the year
      10.  Death date
           Click done when completed

    9.  Click the button for perma link so that your post is searchable at Google

   10.  Type your location at location say:  Morong Rizal so that the location of
         of your sbu appears on your post.  Click done when completed

   11.  Search description:

          Type the following:

         1.   free
         2. obits
         3. death notice
         4.  grief share
         5.  name of the deceased
         6.  Holy Gardens
         7.  location
         8.  Memorial park
         9.  Funeral service
        10.  Memorial plan
        11.  Crematorium
