Receipt, of RRURAC of 2019 Memorandum Circular

Subject:   Receipt, and RRURAC of Memorandum Circular

About a dozen MC were issued this year.  This office painstakingly asked then
Ms. Glizel to:

      1. Send hard copies to the SBU (done kaya)
      2.  Get an Acknowledgement Receipt from each sbu (done kaya)

Checking with new HR (a pro this time) showed that many SBUs are denying
#1 and 2.  

This office presumes that every one is telling this office the truth

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

1.  SUBMIT A LIST OF MCS IN YOUR POSSESSION.  All of these were sent via emails.  Let us make the internet functional in your SBUs

2.   HR send again hard copies this time followed up strictly with regards to AR
      Ms. HR notify me of failures in receiving

3.  We are still a long way of off in the RRURAC process.  babasahin pa, uunawain
     at gagawin.

4.  INTINDIHIN SANA AT ISAGAWA RRRURAC.

           R -   receive
           R -    read
           R  -  reflect (bakit mahalaga ito, paano maiaaply sa trabaho)
           U  -   understand (kung puwede magtanong kung hindi naiintindihan
           R   -  realize -  isagawa iexecute
           A  -   umaksyon kung hindi ginagawa
           C  -  Check  Audit, report (mostly sa 3f

  5.  Kasama sa checking ay ang weekly email report.  

      ANG PAG REPORT PAGSAGOT SA EMAIL AT PAGPADALA NG REPORT 
      AY ISA SA PERFORMANCE FACTOR  under communications, reliability 
      sa performance evaluation.   Ito ang basehan ng iyong pag taas ng suweldo at
     kung ganito ginagawa mo, ng evalution ng iyong continued stay, lalo na at kung
     hindi mo naabot ang target mo..

   Ms. HR - 1. please check email, kung natanggap sagutin ang HR at ang email na i
                  Padalhan ng hard copy at humingi ng AR..   Please inform me of
                  the progress

                2. Mga CMOs please acknowledge this memo.

   Its time to get serious. and be a professional   Gawin ang mga pending na trabaho o non submission.   Tingnan ang pangalawang kapitulo ng CCD
