Using FB and social media to increase reach, have more prospects and more sales

Subject:   Increasing your reach (awareness) and leads (prospecting) using Social
               Media.

This post has made several articles and shared with you regarding persuasive
communication, writing FB ads, and strategies to use when using soc media to run
your marketing campaign.  You should pay more attention to this and act now since
Nov 1, Undas is around the corner.

We have done this and showed you samples using the HolyGardensBest blogsite.
We used the following trending videos and articles to attract attention, (possibly to stop the cp owner from scrolling)

             1. Manok na pula original song
             2. Manok na pula ni HItler parody
             3.  Spox Panelo commute challenge
             4.  Barretto sisters quarrel in  fathers wake

It got a moderate response.   However you can try experiment with these to try to get the  attention of the readers/native reades/buyers.  We are only at the first level
experimenting on what works and what does not work.  We have not done facebook ads yet which are paid.  We are doing meme of the ads...

Here the points to remember which are summary of persuasive communication and FB ads advice:

1.  You cant just go direct to making an offer.  This will backfire to you since you have
      narrowed down your field to the Class prospects which could be only 3% of your
      probable market and that spells doom for your if the 3% does not want to buy or
      you came out with an ugly ad.

2.  Thus you have to follow the steps stages off wooing your buyer: (just like courtship)

     1.  acquaintance (awareness) developing suspects    -  addressed to probable
          buyers (Class C) but not interested or have money

     2.  friendship    (development of trials wannabees)    -  addressed to Class B
          prospects.  Interested, But needs more convincing

    3.  marriage -   for sure buyers... An offer is made, conversation is needed in
         person or messenger or call to close the sales.

3. Each  kind of relationship with the public needs a different approach or ads.

      The platform of the three approaches may be from the same ad but used
      differently for each adset (target audience) that conforms to the following
      standards:

               1.  An attractive  unique picture or video  with a unique headline
                    (not more than 25 characters)

              2.  A label  (not more than 50 characters

              3.  An AIDA AD  (not more than 200 characters)

                  It must have strong offer

             The same ad could be used to fan drive readers towards a cerrain (objectives)
              done more easily with a facebook ad, where you can choose your                             objectives:   awareness         leads          conversion and sales

             1.  For awareness, place a link for your landing page.   Say
                 holygardensgroup.blogspot.com  or specific article which you just
j                posted that describes more about Holy Gardens.... (your site)

                We will develop one stop shop, and price list for this this purpose

            2.  For the offer (friendship)   place a link of the post you made for the special
                 offer maybel on same page

                 Less 11% for cash sale on November 11, less  4% for all sales even
                 on installment (11 + 11 = 4%)

          3. For the offer to sell, place pm or text us.... 

    So why dont you start doing this to  using 1 and 2 to create awareness
    and have more prospects and sales by Nov. 1 to 11......  8 days to go na lang.

1.  People dont buy products just for the products  -  for transformation and problems solved.

         Like coffee at Starbucks.  People do not buy the coffee.  But drinking coffee at Starbucks make you
         feel social... A transformation

2. Use  social proof (also espoused by Bob in Persuasion.)  Testimonials

3.  Scarcity and timeline..  You gotta act now... Nothing lasts forever

4.  Watch what people do when scrollling:

      1. Stop the scrolling with a unique  picture

      2.. Then they  will look at the headline

      3.  And then the content... -  killer ad

       2.  Problem decorating a wedding

      3.  How can we transform the  wedding

     4.  Paint the picture  of transformation

     5.  Add a line on scarcity

     6.  Link to something to a page - to a form, to messenger..

3. Advertising an offer...  Carwash

      1.  Offer

         Problem -  you sit out car wash. 

        Transformation   -  how does it work

      2.  What is deadline (this week only) 20% off

          Give solid reason why they should get the offer..
