                                    PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE GUIDELINES
OBJECTIVES:

1.      To prolong useful life of vehicles;
2.      To decrease repair cost and equipment breakdown;
3.      To provide guidelines for vehicle maintenance.

WHAT:             PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE GUIDELINES

            The following shall be regularly inspected, replaced and repaired on periods indicated.

II.  WHO : Transportation Specialist and Preferred Mechanics
                        1 – 13, 16 – 17            :           can be done by Transportation Specialist
                        14 – 15, 18 – 21          :           can be done by Preferred Mechanics

III.  HOW
1.       Each vehicle will have a one (1) PMS card and will be strictly followed by Transportation Specialist;
2.      CMO/ACMO/Management Trainee will check PMS implementation on a regular basis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)

I will discuss this memo to our TS here at la union and have printed PMS card as his guide in maintaining/inspecting our vehicle regularly.This is a helpful tips for us to reduce expenses on repairs at the same time an additional knowledge on his part to prolong life of vehicles. And as a Management trainee, it is my responsibility to check and implement it regularly.

Acknowledge po, We will have a print out of this MC and we will discuss it in each and every one of us, specially to our TS, every one of us here in HGCMP have responsibility to the maintenance for our vehicle, it will help us to reduce our expenses for the repairs, maintenance needed for our wrangler. This was also help us to know to monitor our the condition of our vehicle.
