THINGS LEARNED:

Ø      Orientation
Ø      AM Talk / PM Talk
Ø      Blog

1. I learn how to be faithful theSBDOWAP”.

Start small. In everything start with your room clean it, and then keep it clean. When something is out of place train yourself to put it where it belongs. Then, extend that discipline of neatness.

Be on Time. “Time is Gold” The time is very important to us. If your supposed to be somewhere at a specific time, be there on time. Develop the ability to discipline your desire, activities and demands so that you can arrive your time.

Do the hardest job first. You will do the hardest job first doing that will prevent the hardest jobs from being left undone. “Getting thing done”.

Organize your life. Make a plan for the use of your time. Use a calendar and make a daily list of the things that you need to accomplish control your time. In order to prevent wasting you time.

Welcome responsibility. If there have a chance, you must grab it. When, you have an opportunity to do something that needs to be done. Know your responsibility and volunteer for it you have a talent in that area. Welcome responsibility forces to organize you.

Accept corrections. Every one of us they have a mistake. “Nobody is perfect”. If you have a mistake you should accept the correction and helps make you more disciplined because it shows you want you need to avoid. Don’t avoid criticism; accept it gladly.

Practice self-denial. Learn to say no to your feelings. Occasionally deny yourself things that you are all right just for the purpose of mastering doing it.

2. Personal Mastery you need to master yourself before you master the others. Face your fear and you need to overcome. Knowing yourself and knowing your enemies you should the capabilities.

3. Attitude is everything a positive attitude is the key to success for all of us. Practice self awareness and be careful of your thoughts, they become your action, habit become character. Reframe your bad attitude by thinking of good thoughts to others and to yourself. “Attitude not Aptitude determines the Altitude”. Base on this quotes no matter how you try to hide it, your attitude will show by itself.

4. I learn from the culture of execution the “KISFREK”.

Know your people and know your business. It means, having a personal connection to the business and to the people. Get engaged and keep your people focus.

Insist on realism. It makes our life to encourage learning from mistakes.

Set clear goals and objective. You must be focus first in priorities from day to day. Be SMART in your goals.

Follow through. You must be following up and it is the culture of execution is the major cause of poor execution.

Reward the doers if the performance is good and we can be promoted if we have a good outcome.

Expand People’s Capabilities it is the most important thing of being a leader. Coaching is the most important factor of expanding people capabilities.

Know yourself. Its all about your character encourages and acceptance of challenges and be confidence to our selves.

5. The 5’S set in order:
1.  Seiri- Sorting out
2. Seiton- Set in order/ Systematic Arrangements
3. Seiso- Shine/Cleanliness
4. Seiketsu- Standardize: Maintain a serene atmosphere
5. Shitsuke- Sustain: Stick to Self-discipline

The logic behind the 5’s practices: the organization must have a 5’s to meet the neatness and cleanliness, standardization and discipline at workplace. Leads to production of high quality with no waste/little and high productivity. The benefits of 5’s in organization are to improve the workplace and the cleanliness. Reduction of wastage and better control and inventories. Better interpersonal relation and work culture employees take more care and responsibility towards work.

6. I learn from everyday AM talk and PM talk.
Branding is the use of name, term, symbol or design and that uniqueness, differentiation, value distinguishes it from the competition. Branding is major decision of marketing mix and product strategy. It gives value to the company by persuading customers that the customer product has great value and this worth higher price. Branding works by developing a brand image in the mind of the customers and experience the product.

7. UNIQCSEX the Unique Customer Service experience. The “Good Moments” the Important to the business is the customer. Customer Service is important in the field of the business because, if without customer automatically without business will grow. Customer Service is treating the customer the way you would like to be treated. It is a way of telling tem that you care about them. And, whether or not, they have a positive experience in dealing with you and you’re product.

8. Small mistake big consequences. If we have a small mistake be
Sure that this mistake gives learning to us. Nobody’s perfect right now but, mistakes can be used to put you down or it can be a lesson’s learned. If you have a mistake in yourself this is a big consequence to all. You need to be perfect everyday.

9. Blog. Magpakatotoo ka, Magpakatao ka. Being a positive always and having a positive mindset.
            Thoughts become Action
            Action become habit
            Habit become character
            Character become destiny

Positive it will happen in negative it will never happen. Be SMART Specific, Measurable Attainable, Realistic and Time Bound. Magpakatotoo ka! to be grateful, faithful, have the right attitude mindset. Be respectful and courteous to the others. Magpakatotoo Ka! Say what you mean, keep your word, be truthful and honest, be sure what you say is true and correct.

10. AM talk: Significance of Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
Inspire of being a heroes. Think the community and to be concern to others. Dr. Jose P. Rizal is hero in our country. Our national hero gives the best that good to our country and by, giving freedom to us.

11. Suggested guidelines to office and customer service etiquette-guide to success.
Success means it is a progressive of your desire goals and achieving the plan you make. Everyone you need to follow the do’s and don’t of the company. It’s all about the knowing what to do and not what to do. To understand the business: company history, products, advantages over the competition, the MVP.  To comply with all the written guidelines in order to do our job efficiently and effectively.  My most favorite of all these guidelines is to love what I do and do what I love… I will do my best to comply with the said guidelines for my own improvement and success.

“Competence is something that we owned, something that will make you competitive, and something that will give you advantage or unfair competitive advantage.”
