Regular reading of the bulletin board posts

Subject  :  Regular and frequent reading of emails and posts

We have upgraded all the equipments for It.  There are new laptops and new pc.  That of Pangasinan and Greenhills are here and about to be delivered.

The problem is with intangibles:  attitude, habits and practices that are not conducive to communication and learning.

And one of them is regular reading of emails and blogs.  Calamba and Oton are very notorious for this (Calapan used to be  in the group) are frequent exhibitors of this undesireable and unacceptable practices.

I like everybody to be in synch in tune and well informed.

We move together as one.  As of now, the recent posts at this blog are unread.

    We are enjoined to read post and acknowledge emails regularly. We should not ignore what the boss told us to do. We must improve our selves and be always at the same track for this is for our own good and the company we work for.

    Let us make it a habit to visit and read post and acknowledge emails regularly.

    This blog serve as our communication module for us to be updated regarding latest memos,promos and tips how to become successful individual in our organization. Our company provide us such equipment for them to use such computers, company cellphone and laptops. As a member of Holy Gardens group, it is my responsibility to comply and participate to the culture and process of our company. And one of the process is to read, understand,and implement ideas posted on our blog. Nevertheless, acknowledge or comment after reading the post or e-mail is very important.

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site
