As a  customer   Satisfaction  Experience  I have  Learned  a lot as a trainee a component  of being faithful  start  small, be  on time  do the hardest job first, organize your life welcome  Responsibilities, Accept  correction . Practice self denial.
 I learned How to win friends and influence people ,  Smile, Appreciate , Name tag,  or remembering your names, listen, interest don’t  complain, critize Chismis. ,
I Learned  personal Mastery  - master yourself before others.
I learned  conquer your fear  and you  conquer death  by Alexander  the Great
I Learned  yourself  Knowing your enemies 100 bottles, 100 victories .
I learned  the  fifth discipline  peter Sunge  mental , Model , personal mastery System thingking, share vision, share learning
I learned  of execution    k- know your people and  your business   I – insist  on realism  s- set goal  and priorities f- follow through  R- rewards the doers  E- Expand people Responsibilities K- know your self

With planned maintenance  we evolve an effort from a reactive  to a proactive  effort from a reactive  method and use trained  maintenance  staff to help train  the operator to better maintain their equipments

I learned to  move forward

I learned the meaning of services a servant  it involves having customer  not only  as a queen  and king but in god  divine .
I learned the meaning  of quality-  doing it right for the first  time and everytime  zero defect   constants improving  exceeding  are limit  how to a no limit person    being better  self mastery  being very detailed
I learned the two types of person    internal , and external
I learned the meaning of customer  service-  Satisfying  customer  wants in need  better  than  competitors.
 learned   the meaning    customer  Satisfaction    Value   the golden  Moment  the  Moment  of contact  of customer, tripping,  closing  the sales  delivery of documents when  they complain  pampers them like a king or queen.

 Successful  leaders must  maintain  in attitude  of sacrifice  to the armies  of organization
The law of timings when to lead is as omportatnt  us what to do we where  fo go  ony the right action at the right time will bring success.
I learned  the mechanic for h2 promos 10 % discount  for sip to dip upgrading, 10%  discount  for lawns  lot upgrading  to niche and garden  estate , the bone transfers promo , seniors citizens  discount promo
I learned   the 3 legs of  of strategy 10 product-  unisex placement- pabongga bonanza, price – upgrading of lot .
I learned  needs a guts to stand alone and look ridiculous.

I Learned being a leaders  the first followers  is an  under appreciated form of leardersship  the first followers transform  alone  not into a leaders
I leader  is the  flint   the first followers     is the spark that makes   the fine  when you fine alone  nut doing   something      great have the guts  to be the first person  to stand up  and join in.
Biggest Lessons is:
