            5’S is a tool for us to organized things in correct place. It shows cleanliness and sustain a good atmosphere. E.g your files must be done in 5’s so that when you need that you know where you will get it.

LEARNINGS
            We need knowledge to execute things that we need to share to others like the saying “You cannot give something you don’t have”. Dedication start from our self and our Leader add on ideas on us. As a Leader you need to be a role model to everyone that you can walk and talk to everyone without any hesitation. Integrity measures our loyalty to the company. You will never ever compromise the policy of the company for the sake of you. Time Management is very important to do the task that been assigned to you without this even the easiest task will be hard to accomplished.



Talking to the head Manager of a company makes me a better person. I learned to appreciate the value of life in many ways. One thing that strike to my mind is the question “why you’re here?” question that is very different and first time I hear in an interview. As I answered him for my family He says NO! Something that create curiosity in my mind and he explained it at first I don’t understand but as days goes y that I’ve been part of the company. I realized that it should be my motivation that as he always repeats it. I felt disappointed to myself for almost4 years that I’ve been working I don’t really understand why I need to be hire. He said you are here because someday you will be the one who will help others. You don’t have to work for your family, husband or anybody else. But you need to give the Best Service for the others. Cause there will come a time that when you disappoint your family or husband you will not be motivated and I realized that’s true. That’s why I feel that I find the place where I will commit myself and I will work hard not for myself but to help others too. Second learning’s, when I penalized P50.00 by Sir Jorge for repeating the word “bale” I learned to not to say it again so I did after that I write it in front of my computer not to say that word. Third, printing the check, I’m so disappointed to me that time simple things that I need to call rea just to help me. I learned to study also simple things.


IN RELATION TO WHAT I KNOW
            Before I know already customer service but I don’t know it well as of now. I realized that before I locked giving best service to the customer that’s why at first I don’t understand why I am here. But because of AM talk what I know is going to be in deep understanding.

APPLICATION
            We should put in our mind that in everything we do. We should give the Best Service to our customers because that is the reason why we’re here. We should treat our customer right all the time. And we should have our self mastery to be an effective employee.
