Submission of CMOs Report

This is true and correct.

The submission is a prequalifier for promotion

Why do we need to submit:

l.  To train our mindset to be a manager.  Just doing the pdca and being relevant is a struggle.

2.  What did you learn:  it arms you with knowledge.

Many of the job of manager is mentoring and training. Teach teach teach and the role of the mentee is observe, learn and observe.  You can not teach  something you do not have

3.  Data gathering:   being evidence based;  doing a market research.  Chismis  -  being thorough

4.  Opportunities  -  you must understand that to sell you need opportunties. One of the role of manager is to grow the business and if you do not see the hole in the market place, so that your business will grow, you cant grow and earn money for business that will pay for the salaries

5.  A basis for performance evaluation

You have to do this report.

A memo must be sent to those who did not submit reports so far.

The minimum is Class B violation

Our report are the written evidence of our days labors, this is also a way our management jobs been measured and thoughts to be shared to our superior.
Also it is one way to in evaluating what we did for the day exercising our own self accountability. Just like you before this reporting is struggle eats up time, however this is part of growing and maturing.
