1.   Tips on getting what you want .  You can not get what you want all the time. You have to make investments.  You have to help others.

How do you make things happen?  Everything starts with action.  Action begets action.   Establish timelines as to who will do it and make very clear on what repecussions could be if the delegated action is not completed

3.  How to talk like leader?  Know what you want.  Avoid superlatives and adjectives.  Avoid but.  Call a spade a spade.  Talk up and clearly

4.  Interview questions you might want to ask to improve hiring outcome.   What is your five year plan here.  Tell how you are going to solve this problem.  If this business went into crisis, what you you do to help revive this?  How would you improve the office appearance
