D. MECHANICS:
1.
First
sale that will be closed on first day of the week must be immediately reported
to BPI (ASR & JUS);
2.
Manner
of Reporting:
1. Once the sale or reservation has been made for
the “Ice Breaker Award for the month” it should be texted as soon as possible
to BPI for recognition;
2. Recognition
shall be in the form of”
a. Certificate
of Recognition – Weekly/Monthly
b. Awardee will
be published in Bulletin Board and Holy Gardens Group;
c. Monetary
Award will be in Check/Gift Certificate
3.
Reservations
must be supported with Reservation Agreement and Receipt properly scanned and
send to bpi.hgmp@gmail.com for
recording and recognition;
4.
Sales
presentation conducted must be supported with picture during sales presentation
and must be posted at Holy Gardens Group Blog.
5.
Release
of Incentives will be on the 10th and 25th of the month;
