Daily viewing of Holy Gardens Community Blog (Bulletin Board)

TO       :    All SBU Staff


Subject:   Compulsory reading of the Holy Gardens Community Blog

Objective:    To align everyone to excellence and  learning beliefs

                     To be better

Who:           All SBU CMO

When:         Daily/every AM or PM talk

What:         Registering all the staff at the comment box after discussing the article post at the the community blog

PROCESS:  (How)

l.  Hold AM/PM talk religiously.  Devote at least 30 minutes to:

   l.  do pmrss of yesterday's operations/results

  2.  Disseminate plans for the day and how to achieve the same

  3.   Discuss an article at the blog

       l.  AFTER THE DISCUSSION, EVERYONE MUST LOG IN AT THE COMMENT BOX.  The reader can do any of the following:

       l.  Just log in the name;

       2.  Make a comment;   or just say like/good/bad/agree disagree

N.B.  l.  This is for every individual

         2.  This shall be monitored and form part of the communication of the performance evaluation

         3.  It is better that the individual does a log/journal of all the articles/posts discussed.

        THERE ARE MORE THAN 2,000 ARTICLES/POSTS AND SHOULD BE GOOD FOR 6 YEARS EVEN IF DONE ON A DAILY BASIS

  4. Good day, yes we have read the message and we all understand the benefit of reading the blog and have a morning and afternoon in our SBU, to have clear communication with one another as a team.

    We will actively have a comment for every topic or article shared in our blog, about what we understand in every discussion. Thank you sir.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

4. signify that you have read by putting your name on this comment box. Every staff must: post the name on this comment box, or like, agree/will do. Your registering on this comment box is being graded under communication. Observe RRURAC: Read, Reflect, Understand, Realize (apply to reality) Apply, and Check (if it works)
You need to make __comments a month to qualify for promotion under our CCD

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site
