Cost reduction is a mandate for the AP assistant and all costs that controllable: (that are not fixed and recurring that are affected by changes in internal process and management can) should be managed and reduced. Cost reduction creates wealth. Wealth and value creation are always the goal of every business. Cost reduction can be passed on to the customers and will enable us to reduce cost, increase customer delight and satisfaction and growth of the business
