Fire trees at the lot beside Holy Gardens La Union Memorial Park

The reason why Pangasinan made a lot of sales for the independence day promo was that everything ins Pangasinan was
beautiful: tripping vehicle, site, staff, product knowledge, office., preparation. If everything was beautiful, and still no sales, then it must be preparation.
The officers and staff can do much to beautify and strengthen the organization:
l. Their motivation
2. Their preparation
3. Work scheduling and and teamwork; the park appearance even near the office sucks
4. The roofing could be speeded up by the authorities concerned.

The tripping vehicle Patrol: it is rotten and ugly
The ugly patrol
Dirty, many wires and rubber GP needs to be cleaned and refurbished
Door wont close
Rusty and ready to fall apart body parts
Rotten upholstery
The TS assigned did not clean and maintain the vehicle. The new TS must be trained in the ways of 5s and tpm. He is given one month to make the patrol glow.
The renegade CJ
The vehicle is in desperate need of derusting, cleaning and restoring parts
The interior is likewise in need of cleaning and refurbishing
A plywood window
Leaking differential oil
The used parts and tools are mixed up and are dirty
The tall grasses are still a big unattended problem

The roofing needs to be installed soon. There is a budget and yet there is no roof. Budget (funding used to be a big problem)
Some more comments:
l. The staff were not very motivated for today's event. All but one came early for the meeting
2. The ads were wrongly placed inside the park, not near the highway where people can see them
Based on the site inspection conducted by Sir Jorge U. Saguinsin and Ms. Aireen Ricamara last June 12, 2013, here are the action plans of the above things to be improved:
ReplyDeleteJoseph was assigned to have a weekly project for CJ and patrol.
>On Patrol:
June 17-22: Eliminate rust on patrol.
Repainting of some parts of rusted patrol.
Placing auto sol in metal bars.
June 24-29: Replacing of viper and horn.
Changing steering wheel.
>On CJ:
June 17-22: Eliminate rust on CJ.
Placing auto sol on metal bars.
June 24-29: Acyteline of gas tank.
Repair of alternator.
July 1-6: Change electrical wirings.
Jay was assigned on brush cutting. Brush cutter parts of the two brush cutters that needed to be replaced has been canvassed, otherwise, there was no available stocks on all suppliers. Availability of stocks will be next week.
Jojo and Amado were assigned on removing soils located before the office.
Amado was assigned on uprooting of tall grasses, sweeping of roads, and maintaining cleanliness of the park. He was also assigned on propagation of plants.
Jojo was assigned on landscaping, plant propagation and vertical garden.
By having a nice and clean memorial park, the marketing staffs and sales agents will find it easier to sell our products.
