I am proposing the revision of our PDCA, the submission of which usually fraught with problems and correction

     5.  How much will you spend vs benefit to be derived  -  Savings, cost vs sales, return vs assets employed?

    Who will do, supervise, check, train

7  Checking
    Record keeping/reporting needed
    Maintenance

8.  Degree of confidence:

    Why do you think the proposal will be successful
    Who and why people will object/resist the proposal
