Thru: MSThe time frame within which to process the documents: PPA, CO DOS shall be
14 calendar days from date of receipt from the SBU until
receipt of the customer.
In excess of that time frame we shall charge only for the pouching and notarial and not the full charge. The excess amount shall be refunded to the customer
