Fwd: RE; Salary scale 2012 NCR & 2011 Province - For Approval





Memorandum:

Amended June 21, 2014

TO:   AP

Attention :   Ms. Maricel Jacob

As recommended, you are directed to prepare a new salary plantilla based in November 2010 for the provinces and June 2012 for the NCR.  Kindly add/or deduct from the current pay if there is a dimunition or improper salary scale implementation.  We can not diminish as prescribed by law, from the salary scale published.

The conditions for the implementation/updating of salaries are:

1.  Full  completion of employment requirements
2.  Subscription to the Holy Gardeners comments
3.  FS for BPI corporate plan, FS projection for Majorem Lending
4.  "Completion of staff at LUMP, Pangasinan, Calapan, and Oton, BPI

This will effective July 1, 2014 (whichever comes later)
