Integrity and strength of the Holy Gardens Group

The sad reality is that we are not united at the Group.  There are conflicting orders, self made procedures and initiatives, lack of support for marketing, lack of discipline, self aggrandizement

We are experiencing extreme difficulty in:'

'1.  hiring

2.  accounting

3.  ap

4  compliance with regulators BIR and HLURB as in Oton and La Union
We do not have remaining intellectual capital to carry on as we have lost all the experienced staff.  We are rebuilding from the ground up and still we have difficulties as they are being weeded out and intimidated.  

We are experiencing CMOs who do not submit their reports on time and correctly

Some are demoralized and do not want to sell, their commissions an agreed incentives are withheld. The power of this office is in great danger and is very much weakened.  How and why and who weakens it.  Even the NGO says the order of this office must be ignored or disobeyed.!!!

May I remind everyone of:

1.  You can not serve two masters at the same time.  you will like one  and hate the other.

2.  Unity of command

3. " If ever I will coach you, you will listen to my voice.  In the midst of heat of the fight, you will hear many voice and you will be confused"  We have too many voices

4.  Who has the management and leadership insight?  If you feel you can manage the organization better, then go for it.

5.  The 3 fold duties  of everyone top down are:  obedience, loyalty, and diligence

6. The Board of Directors individually can not act on their own unless they have executive powers or appointments.  The Corporation Code it is suggested must be reviewed by members of the Board

I appeal for the utmost support of everyone and let us get this organization back to its feet, Let us practice, Focus, Attention and Respect.  which is sadly lacking. 

MY goal is to finish and deliver the project to JV partners as finished,  Nothing more and nothing less.  I do not have the guts nor temerity to fight the underlings who want to stage a challenge or go on a power struggle.  When the projects are done, then we can carry out our personal agenda
