With regards to the question of Mr Ht (or daw ni CS?) regarding the operations of CMS at Greenhills (it is rather unsual for this to have taken place yesterday, a Good Friday, a religious day of obligation for rest. please be guided by the following:
1. We taken note of the mission statement of the CMS - that of participating in Mercy and Compassion to provide low cost interment to the indigent and the poor: free infant interment, and indigent interment f(which are low cost)
2. The chapels were really designed the chapels with family rooms and casket room (except the embalming room)
3. We informed him earlier that we would invest in memorial services to which he said afterwards when we finish the bangin
4. We must understand the memorialization business:
We need the funeral services to sell plots and bc, in the same way we need crematorium to sell ash crypts. If the situation was reversed, would lhe same kind of investment
We need funeral services to have the chapel utilized. We had zero activity earlier even after we invested a quarter of a million in the chapel. They will have share for revenues of chapel use.
As of now after investing over P1.5 million in this CMS, we managed to get only i indigent service (no income) for the last 3 months, and huge salary expenses. Had they joined this, they would criticize us for not making money.
