This office has noted huge discrepancy in the bank balances based on DCP submitted daily. Now we have problems in JV account in HGGMP
Our daily reports encourage you to be meticulous and accurate
May this office suggest:
1. To be meticulous in such daily submission
2. To audit check verify the data you are to submit. Please do not take them at face value. CHECK CHECK CHECK
3. Keep running balance: as hard copy ,and soft copy
4. Keep the numbers in your head so that yo will know and sense if something is wrong
5. Gather reports daily diligently faithfully
6. Do not go home unless you have balances correct, and submitted your daily text reports
