GOAL SETTING
One of the secrets of success is KNOW WHAT YOU WANT (YOUR GOALS)
I asked the two of you to do a workshop on your goals for the next five years, after making a SW self analysis.
AB did a fine SW self analysis
Both of you did a fine job of making your five year goal which are SMART.
Please make a VISION BOARD of the said goals (put pictures and enshrine on an illustration board) send me pictures.
Encourage your staff and SE to do similar goal setting exercise and vision board so that their motivation can be stronger (even materially) and more deeply rooted, and so that they and you can be nearer success.
