But CC has been SMART and broken down the sales effort, from commission, amount to be sold, sales force requirement, products to be sold etc in order to achieve the goal.
You should define that too.. Put flesh and a structure to your dreams. Otherwise they will remain just dreams.
When we launch the new campaign next week for next week, there will be plenty of opportunities to achieve partially these goals. Wait and watch for further announcements
