The vision board is great.

But you need to flesh out more details.  The 5 year plan looks like a dream or wishful thinking because there are no SMART ways on how to achieve the same.

Magkano ibebenta?   Magkano commission (magkuwenta ng pabalik.  Halimbawa if you want to earn P500,000 in a year, how many imp do you need to sell?  What resources do you need to reach the commission target?

             P500,000/.03  = l6,666,0000.  Can you sell that much or do you need to earn the ORC?

             Where are you now?   May kita na ba kayo sa iMP?

            Ilan ang ahente, paano maitrain, ano gagawin sa memorial park para maging mabenta? Ano gagawin mo for personal mastery?

Cynthia, AB, where are the pictures of vision board you have created?

What about LUMP and Oton?
