Defects in accomplishment of documents for the Hataw that need to be improved/corrected by April 1, 2017

Objectives:

1.  On time delivery of documents to the customer in 7 days;

2.  Nice and clean appearance of finished documents for delivery to the customers

Reality:

1.  Of the 457 PPA and after stoppage of Hataw in Calamba still 129 are still unsent to 3ffb as of todate. The SBU promised sending the all by Monday, March 27, 2017.  in order to resume the Hataw.  (This is not unique for Calamba.  Pangasinan which reportedly promised early submission has not done so;  of the 800 reported sales, only 100 has been submitted.  If by Monday, they do not submit, we have to likewise suspend Hataw sales, so that they may be able to overcome the backlog.

2.  Some defects noted:

1,   Two staffers have been observed to habitually sign the PPA for in behalf of the company:     SP 5x, CV, 2x.  I gave up signing those docs signed by SP because customers will doubt who is the real officer if not making the PPA look untidy. Plese take a look at how we should process our documents

     2.  Insureable /non insureable

          1.  A 68 customer was marked insureable, a 57 customer was marked non insureable.   (Please review the standards)

     3. Legible handwriting:

        1.  800 appearing as 000, or sun

        2.  48,00   instead of 48,000.00

        3.   Figures must have centavo sign:   48,000.00

    4.  Write hard using a ball pen.  The 3ffb copy cant be read.   Records assistant be sure you rewrite  the data

    5. SOCPN

Witness, those who receive the money, those who initial the contract must

        SIGN OVER COMPLETE PRINTED NAME

It is difficult to guess who signed

   6.  Timeline

We need to deliver the documents within 7 days after it was signed I am signing docs now, 3/31 for those documents that were signed last 3/1/2017.  A lot more efficient work, hard work, and sense of urgency needed here.

We must hire asap and get more efficient employees who are dedicated and hard working.

   7. Too much erasures and paint

Let us avoid them. Do it right the first time

Yes we can do it.

What to learn from CFO of Ayala and Metro bank conglomerates

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

Rizal Philippines
March 30, 2017

There are certainly much to learn from them like from Jose Teodoro Limcaoco, who graduated from Stanford U, and Wharton. and Francis Suarez, MBA candidate at Ateneo, CEO of GT Holdings (the investment arm of George Ty family)

Mr. Jose T. Sio, the CFO and EVP of SM Investment Corporation did not make it.

You should also understand the investment strategy of the Holy Gardens group

investment in related and congruent business (that are relevant to memorialization)

     1. chapels

     2.  crematorium

     3.  memorial plan company

     4.  trading of memorial plots to attain higher than 10% return per annum (better than mutual funds

When we hire investment assistant at MLII, he she should level up to this level of skill

Solicitation of PDCA for Health Insurance Coverage

The mention of Mr. Levi Almalvez of MB Life yesterday  about MED ASIA health insurance coverage provoked again the thought that we should have a PDCA for the continuation of health insurance benefit self managed before.  He mentioned a yearly coverage of only P3 to 4,000 only.  This office solicits proposal from the staff and officers for such benefit for employees and sellers:

When:   Probably  when the companies have shown profit of at least P15 M for the first sem, or when it comes;

Who:   Companies who have shown profitability and positive cash inflows

           Qualified employees:

           Default:    5 years or more

Newbies:   at least R3 and  one year with the company;  no CCD for C and D offense

Sellers:  Those who have previously been qualified for Philhealth

(at least 1 year seller, with SEAD and who have sold at least 100 units; those that have been defaulted or refunded to be subtracted

Those who have sold at least 200 units prospectively

Requirements/undertaking for the card holders:

      1.  Participation of at least 10% for the premium

      2.  Undertakes to  lead a healthy lifestyle:   no alcohol, smoking, junk food, sodasl
           and eat vegies and fruits.

    3.  Joins PE activities regularly, holds PE even in office

Minimum coverage:    free diagnostics once a year;    at least two weeks hospital stay, with at least one major procedure covered (say surgery of P50,000)

Please canvass providers, including MB life Med Asia and submit the proposal when it you have thoroughly studied and surveyed the organization long before June  2017

Why you should buy a life plan now - HOLY GARDENS (Destiny) Life Plan

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

Life is beautiful, plan for life; buy a life plan now

Life is beautiful, plan for life

Rizal Philippines
March 26, 2017

Slowly but surely we are spreading the good news. We are offering an innovative life plan first starting in Angono, Rizal.  We have partnered with a leading mortuary in Angono offering excellent and preferred customer service for the past 12 years.  Our life plan and their service will make a great team combination

List of Authorized Life Plan Companies by OIC

It is important that this last important link in the memorialization phase of life be provided. Now that you have plot where to bury your deceased?  What else do you need?  A service of course.

We all need this product every one of us;  no one wants to leave this life so early or prematurely.  But one day, as all have meet our creator;  He will get back the life He lent us.  And when that time comes, are we ready or have we prepared our family for that?

(Or we shall leave them with tears, heart aches, troubles and even debt the mortuary.

Hence, every Juan must have a life plan (indeed it is for the living, because it takes care of the problems of the living, the beneficiary

The product:

Our first plan for sale, which has been duly approved by Office of the Insurance Commissioner (the highest governing body of the Life Plan Company) (equivalent of BSP to banks) is White Rose;

Its features:

Price:     P30,400 contract price;   60 months to pay,  P604 monthly.  Very cheap and affordable.

              Cash  P28,880

Memorial Service:   Generic casket -  OMB full glass, wood casket,  free pick up within 25 km radius, home viewing for 7 nights,   with free funeral packs, 7 days embalming

Insurance Protection during the paying period

The plan holder is adequately protected by a rider, that in case something happens to him/her, if he/she is of insurable age and health, his amortization is deemed paid, and the principal which he/she paid shall be returned to him

Investment

The purchase of a life plan is indeed an investment:

   1. The planholder is protected from price increase (caused by inflation) since the Company and the planholder has an agreement

  2. The plan is usually 20% cheaper than the listed at at need price

  3.  The plan can be transferred to a third party even partially or fully paid for an equal price or a gain.

  4.  Liquidity -  the plan can be terminated any time, and cash surrender value can be had by planholder (  at 100%) beyond the paying period.

  5. Increments - when the company gets higher yields on its investment, there can be additional increase in the plan value (which can be additional cash benefits for the plan holder

As we go further in this business more innovations can be made and more benefits can be provided to the plan holder.

Thus, our plan holder can have a new way of enjoying our life plans

Assurance

Holy Gardens Group is a trusted company and is in business for the last 34 years and has been known to be consistent in its growth, is profitable, and has complied with all its commitment to the customers, and and govt regulations.

Destiny LIfe Plans is duly authorized by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner one of the remaining 18 remaining pre need companies, one of the 4 offering life plans

It has 11 sites nationwide with 4 sites with memorial assets (chapel and mortuary facilities)  It is investing in 2 crematorium now, and has 4 existing chapels.

It inventories nationwide totals into billions and can answer its obligation (Memorial services, unlike educ and pension plans are stable in price since there are many mortuaries and suppliers of caskets and sudden swings in prices is very unlikely that will take down a life plan company. The only surviving pre need companies are life plans and are growing strong (and all of them are memorial assets) Those who went down and belly up are pre need companies in educ and have no school assets. First plan, owned by the Tancos is a  good business and good business model, because it has a school system -  STI.  All sound pre need companies must have assets for the product it is selling. Thus HMO must have hospitals, so that they are beholden to hospital owners now (in case they unjustly increase prices
