1. Did the SBUs submit correct and compelete marketing plan

3. Are they sending documents promptly so that they can be finished in 7 days
4. Are ledgers being made promptly?
5. Are posting being made promptly
6. Are reports being made promptly
We have difficulties even with executives who cant comply with administrative details.
Who is on top of this to monitor and see to it that the above are being done on time?
