Its all about getting better - professionalizing and making 3ffb efficient and effective

Goal

Our missive:   

   We want to be successful, we all want to be a success;   to be successful, we whave to work hard 4x

   We find ways to be effective first and then be efficient

   We want to professionalize and make the staff productive

Reality:

   HR 

   1.  We are behind our hiring, training, and levelling up communications?   Even getting things done

   2.  What are the schedules for other HR activities  performance evaluation, uniform, conference of GT, of CSS

        What about the initiatives proposed by the SMD to hr?

       Are our trainees given  correct and adequate training:?

            CSS -   Natrain ba si Catherine?   What was the training schedule, who trined her?   Who chercked her training

           How about Nova

           Action on contractual workers

    Accounting:

        1.  Posting of past hataw;   the past ICR was not able to post all?

        2.  Monitoring of cash collection

        3.  Reports

        4.  Past miscues on AP, com


  Documents

      1.  Pending and missing docs

      2.  Correct procedures for "processing"


And now with HATAW:

   1.  Did the SBUs submit correct and compelete marketing plan

   2.  Updated SEAD

   3.  Are they sending documents promptly so that they can be finished in 7 days

   4.  Are ledgers being made promptly?

   5.  Are posting being made promptly

   6.  Are reports being made promptly

   We have difficulties even with executives who cant comply with administrative details.

 Who is on top of this to monitor and see to it that the above are being done on time?

 What are the action program?

 What changers must happen?

How can 3ffb be a professional organization?

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
