Objectives:
1. To practice discipline and communication
2. To encourage teamwork for company objectives
3. To encourage punctuality among trainees
Reality:
The PE of the trainees was synched with PE of trainees. The text message from Sarah said it is 6:00 am at 711 to be held at Eastridge
The following staff were not there at 6:10: Diane Wendy and Mary Ann. They must be asked to explain in writing why they are late.
Thus setting bad example for the trainee and revealing weaknesses
in the personal mastery of the above staff. This coincides with low level of achievement and lack of goal setting (in their current work. Mr. Aboga cant submit an output because the deadline set for backlog is too remote)
What to do next:
1. We have to improve our communications. Those who were assigned to lead the PE like Sarah must be followed/obeyed.
2. The 3f staff must show good example by coming early (on or before time)
3. They cant be the weakest link in the organization
The above mentioned staff were all ready rebuked verbally and are enjoined not to be late again...
