Minutes of meeting regarding observation and recommendation regarding Memorial Park maintenance at Calamba

The meeting took place at 3f JM building at about 10 am.  Agenda was the maintenance at Holy Gardens Greenhills.

1.  Ms. ARS (who is in charge of HGGMP ) and MRS (who is in charge of operations) complained about the park maintenance at HGGMP:

      1. While the contract price increased from about P70K+ to about P80K+,  the
          park was not well maintained:

          1.  Tall grasses at the plots
          2.  Tall grasses near the fence
          3.  Lack of equipment
          4.  Only 3 staff of Mr. PC were in attendance

2.  Ms. ARS proposed that staff of HAMP will go there Monday to rectify the challenges in maintenance to which Mr. PC objected.  He will make amends at the site:

         1.  Go in full force
         2. Buy a lawn mower

3.  To further remove challenges at the park, the management of the park must prohibit the following:

      1.  Site maintenance by third parties;

      2. Bawal raised markers at raised plots at blue grass.  We cant use the lawn mower.  

     3.  I bench mark Heritage Park and American Cemetery at Clark (which PC also maintains)
