The best time to sell is when customers are ready: Sunday, holidays, and after office hours.

Our staff resist selling and do not want to do this:

We are customer and marketing oriented company.  

We must achieve sales and marketing success.  Others we did this before, why not now?   


As I biked yesterday to and from Tagaytay, I saw agents manning the subdivision projects/tenting on a Sunday, July 28, 2013. Sunday is really the opportune time to catch prospects and buyers.  They are not thinking of going to work;  as they go to the mall to buy, their minds are on a buying mode; just waiting for a good sales person to reel them in.

I hope it is easier to convince SBUs and staff that Sunday duty is necessary and does not need further consultation and IT WORKS.

It is an activity chosen by most real estate companies.

I expect everyone to share the same business idea which we will willingly execute without much trouble and disagreements.
