Relevance of your daily report to strategy and your sbu objectives

TO      :    All chiefs

Subject:   Daily reports

Most of the daily reports are still wanting on focus and relevance.

1,  On how to add sales -  there are suggestions on inputs to marketing activities;   are they being considered.

2.  Relevance to our strategy:

       l.  Building agencies

       2.  Beautifying the park  -   landscaping and construction

       3.  Hiring and training people

       4.  Self discipline

Please mention these in your daily report.

Your daily report must focus on:

l.  Objective for the day:    sales and collection

2.  Plan  -  what is your plan to achieve that

3.  Do  -  was the plan executed;  time, who, how much was spent, what were the activites

4.  Check - was the objective achieved?

5.  Do  -  If the objective was not achieved, where did you go wrong?  What are the changes in the activities;   what are the corrections to be made?  How can you do better.

ASR, please communicate with the SBUs
