ReplyDeleteNice presentation! It gives me the info that execution is really important in the business, it allows us to fully implement our business ideas, plans, marketing, product roll out, sales training and more.

It tells that Execution is one of the important aspects in an organization. We must have a habit of getting things done, we must understand that we can achieve our goals and objective if we will execute things better and on time.

Thank you for sharing and reminding us the topics on execution. We will discuss this one by one in our am talk. This will be our useful guide on how we plan and act from day to day activities.

As I read Larry Bossidy book about the art of EXECUTION particularly in chapter 3 wherein the KISFREK is discussed the F - Follow through E- Expanding people Capabilities - these two captures my attention. FOLLOW THROUGH - I believe that this is widely the reason of failure, in a busy day paper works, people talk to us,things that matters most easily slip away from our grasp. We should have the discipline to do first things that are in line with our objective. Second, EXPAND PEOPLE CAPABILITIES - in our organization the most important element is our employee we have to focus more in the process of aligning their thinking to the direction we want. We need to understand their weakness then help them acknowledge that weakness in order for them to assimilate our couching. The object is to replicate ourselves by empowering them. My goal for now is at least to apply these 2 principle first in managing Majorem. Later on master the 7 principle discussed.
ReplyDeleteThe slide share about execution is a great help for us. Without execution of plan activities it will bear no results. KISFREK and PDCA is of great help for us to achieve our goals.
