Kaizen must start from ourselves. We must improve our way of thinking and there must be efforts in improving our communication, training, involvement and instilling self-discipline in everything we do, improvement can be seen.

I heard the Kai-Zen during college days way back 2003, it just another new word learned that the only meaning I know, "Never ending process of improvement." But as I work in Majorem it gives more and profound meaning that if followed with a heart it will help us get near to perfection. Thanks to our seniors it is true that we must revere them for having the wisdom of times.
ReplyDeleteKaizen means transformation, a continuous improvement. It is inline in improvement on our jobs in the company we work. We must have the initiative to explore and to learn new things to be able to adopt the changes in our community and will not be left behind with new technologies. Kaizen starts within us, in improving our personalities and being competitive in everything we do.

I must apply Kaizen in all my doings. Failure is a challenge in order for us to improve.As a marketing,if my strategy in closing sale is not effective, therefore, I will think another step that maybe effective in increasing my prospecting ability as well as in closing such sale. This might not be the reason to give up.Otherwise, it will serve as my stepping stone to find out more strategy to succeed. As a Japanese definition, change for the better.
