We will focus on marketing inputs esp. increase number of tripping and visitation of prospect to get closer to our target. We will schedule next week visitation of agents in civil registrar, church and funerals.

Reminding of the standard procedures and the time of roving. I instructed them to clean their area 50 meters away.
Office
        We made general cleaning of office chairs and interment chairs. We clean the office daily and we make sure that tables and receiving areas are clear and clean. Warm greetings by HGMP staff towards customer and prompt assistance; Offering of cookies and serves cold bottled soda, hot coffee to customers and agents, and offering of cold water to inquiries, buyers and paying clients.
