How to sell more - More tips, More Ideas

Some new ideas on how to sell:

l.  Really Carl Sewell is right.  You can sell at night and not during office hours.  The best place to sell is during wake/paburol when people are receptive to have memorial park lots.  <There are no after office office hours, Sundays and holidays for intement.

2.  The other venue to get sales is during interment.

3.  The events that you (periodic) should enable you to close lots;  say dinner or lunch or panigang (inviting top 25 customers or hot prospects to a lunch)

4  FOFF solicitation is an effective way of getting sales leads. Please do it.

5. You really have to think of events to generate sales.

6.  Recruitment, motivation of agent is really a top priority and a strategy that must be paid attention. to

7.  New products:

     1.  12 lots GE   /

     2.  18 lots GE   ?

     3.  30 lots   ?

     4.  8 lots double niche

    Yes i agree and inspired, to How to sell more, this will be the best way for us a marketing to have a more sales that will make me a success marketing.

    Good morning sir,
    Perhaps it is true that leafleting and saturation is not effective anymore. The suggested marketing activity specifically prospecting on paburol or during wake is more effective if full assistance will be given. If we are going to wakes perhaps our schedule should also be adjusted.We are willing to do this but we hope our schedule will not be sacrifice.
