Here are the lists of SBU's Document Problems :

1. Signatory and relationship of lot purchasers.
     -please indicate whether spouse,brother,sister,friend,etc.
     -all names written in the document should sign over printed name.
     ***no care-of policy should be followed***

2. Signature of purchaser/s and witness/es in front and back of PPA form.

3. Incomplete informations in Ledger form.
     -please write all the informations well.
     -make it readable.

4. Date of pouching after the signing of the customer.

5. Specimen signature form
     -all names/purchasers written in the document should sign over printed name.
