Brenn and RCC in our meeting yesterday
Tomorrow is the time for our greatest event of the year: All Saints Day celebration. Most of the relatives of the customers will troop to the Memorial Park beginning today and that is the time to showcase what we have done for the year.
We suffer terribly in poor planning and execution. What we planned to do we fail to do. This is noticeable in landscaping, projects, and the other infrastructures ie lamp post,. We had instructions to start working on that on November 2, 2013
My agenda for the visit yesterday (this was the next after June 12, 2013 - I could not continue going because of staff misinformation to the family)
1. Self development of SBU head
2. Problems with PO funding with 3ffb; internal problems
3. Sales and marketing for November 1, 2013
4. Actual inspection of the pictures and scheduled construction
Discussion:
We started the meeting at about 7 am with BGG (she came early this time compared to the meeting in Rosales when she came very late: 10 45 vs schedule fo 10 am)
1 CMO must text communicate direct to me constantly. Whenever they email accounting or CC, they must copy me. CMO must answer my text and email. All of them constantly al lthe time
They must know/learn a lot of things so that they spend less time inquiring and being dependent on 3ffb or me. They must learn to stand on their own. They must offer solutions and new ideas rather than problems. We cant eat problems. We can only move forward with new ideas and initiatives
2. The tarps of LUMP were noticeably absent because they were pending with EPR. EPR must be told and admonished to support the SBU
3. The list of newly accredited agents of LUMP were not in the email and CC was immediately notified. I am to be furnished with master list of accreditted agents with ADDRESSES, CONTACT NUMBERS AND EMAILS AND BIRTHDAYS, so that I can personally get in touch with them and have rapport with them. We can work and sell through agents if we know how. We can ask their help on November 1 if we can motivate and we had done our job building rapport with them.
4. The office appearance can be improved by: 5s and cleaning. It is very dusty and disorderly. Brenn must take immediate steps to correct the situation now. The grasses were tall and had many trash scattered.
The cap ex status cant be showcased to the public. Despite the huge amount spent, they are not presentable and cant get ROI. We have to work hard on this weakness, especially with our contractor and engineer.
What is worse, if we do not finish the chapel by 2013, forfeiture by the JV partner will be forthcoming

5s is needed; it must be made a habit
Cables must be fixed and spider man webs must be removed

What are these dark spots, cant they be removed
