Amended Performance Evaluation for CMOs for H1 and H2 2014

Revised PE criteria for CMOs for H1 and H2 for 2014

I dictated to Ms EPR the revision;   maybe it was forgotten  But we have to move onl

A.  Division of weights:

    1.  Outcome:   40 pts

    2.  Outputs:      30 pts

    3.  Inputs:        30 pts

The inputs are same,  however the outcomes and outputs are more detailed and broken down into many items that need completion and monitoring.    

A.  Outcomes:
    1. Sales  -  10 pts  NLP  +  bundling, CAF and PMS

    2.  Collection -  10% cash collection based on Corporate Plan target.  Net.  Does not include MLII loan collection

    3.  Net income - 10% data comes   from FS;   hence we need to have SFC, and computerized GL system.  It will be net of losses from thefts, defalcatiion, forfeiture and the like 

    4.  Innovations  -  5% new ideas/innovations proposed in writing  all ready implemented.  They could improvement in processes, new product ideas, customer service.    One idea - 1 point.

   5.  Suggestions - 5%  creative/ideas to be more efficient, serve customer better, reduce cost, sell more that have been thought and doable.  In writing,  1 suggestion = 1 point

Total 40 points.

B.  Outputs   30 pts

     1.  Beautification Projects implemented at office and  site   5 pts

     2.  Staffing:     10 pts

          1.  Complete training  3 pts    (staff must get 85% at least in written exam;  one failing staff minus 1 pt.

           2.  Complete staff      2 pts   ( one staff lacking minus 2.5 pts)

    3.  Team building  5 pts

          1.  PE  2.5 pts

          2.  AM talk  2.5 pts

          This will be based on percentage of conducting done vs number of days/weeks that PE or AM talk is done. Thus, if PE was done only in 20 out of 26 weekx x 2.5pts.

    4.  Complete reports:   15 points

         1.  Daily  3 pts

          2.  Weekly  5 pts.
