True, this is another and effective way of prospecting clients. With the aid of our online obituary, we were able to give free obituary posting service to the family of deceased. This is also a free promotion for our Memorial Park.

And it was also an opportunity seeking for us to find new prospects and at the same having chances of knowing what would be our part to pursue some ways of encouraging and making others non-customers believed in us.
ReplyDeleteWe visit non-customers wake and somehow bring some simple stuff (e.g 3 in 1 coffee, playing cards) that would let them feel that no matter what, we still care.

This is also the best time to promote our products and services. We also show empathy with the grieving family for them to know that the Holy Gardens Memorial Park employees care also for non-costumers.
