FAQ for MVP

Memorandum:     To  All

Subject :    Possible FAQ for MVP

Objectives:

1.  To sell additional P20 million for 2014

2.  To facilitate ABE to customers and employees

Internal:

1. Q Why are we having MVP?

    A.  Many companies are on value package bundling mode.  They can sell more if they bundle:

    Examples:

   1.  Telcos:   the plans are bundled with expensive handsets that could be amortized together with the plan, or separate monthly.  The smartphone is the magnet

   2.  San Mig coffee salo-salo.  It is priced at P10.00 only good for 4 servings.  Compare that with Nescafe P6.00 for one serving.  Who is going to be the winner

   3.  Selecta 3 in 1

   4.  3 in 1 coffee.  Coffee, cream, sugar bought separately cost more vs 3 in 1.  We have 5 in l coffee with Jim.

   5.  Supermarkets/FMCG regularly do bundling of their bestsellers with slow products.

   6.   McDo, Jollibee, KFC best sellers are bundled.

BUNDLES/COMBOS ARE CHEAPER AND EASIER TO ORDER.

Customers end up buying more rather than basic products.

2.  Is it not difficult to market, understand?

     At the beginning, as we try to understand, maybe yes.  But if we code with package A, B, with pictures or summary, then it becomes easy

3.  How about procedures:

     Setting up the accounts, ledgers maybe a problem in the beginning, but we are setting up the accounting, receiving process and documentation to take charge of this difficulty



4.  Paano treatment ng accounting sa mga prepaid:

    1.  Liability

For the CMOs:

     All the parts of the bundling:   interment, FS, CU are part of the incentivable via ORC.  Although they are not commissionable.

For the agents:

     They are subject to the point system:    1 point for every P1,000.00 There are prizes that can be exchanged for points.

5.  How do we communicate this to the SBUs:

    1.  Via the blogs

    2.  Emails

    3.  Telecon

    4.  Face to face sales meetings

    5.  Feedback (exams)

6.  How do we communicate this to the customer:

    1.  Email marketing

    2.  Tarps (for headlines)

    3.  Menu board (as in Jollibee, McDo)

    4.  Leaflets


For the customer FAQ:

1.  Ano yan bakit may combo?

     Ito pong MVP ay para kayo ay makatipid.  Sa ngayon po ay wala kaming promo discounts.  Subalit sa aming MVP packages, malaki ang matitipid ninyo.  Bukod duon ay convenient, sapagkat di kailangang maraming documentong dapat gawin

2. Paano documentation?

     Isang documento lang ang kailangan. 

     PPA for the lot, and TC for the services that contains product brief and description?

3.  Paano DP at others?

    1.  Ang DP ay kasama lahat;  kung may libreng CAF ito ay base sa balanse ng lahat.

    2.  Ang amortization ay 12 for l year, l3% for 2 years, 14% for 3years, and 15% for 4 years (max)

4.  Paano ledgering:

    1.  Separate ledger per product/service

5.  Paano pagreresibo:

    1.  Breakdown per product.

KAILANGAN ANG MASUSING MGA PALIWANAG AT PAGSASANAY PARA DITO.

6.  Puwede bang kung mag arrears, i apply ang hulog sa ibang bundled service to the main lot?

    Opo, subalit mawawala ang special offer price?

7.  Paano kung mag arrears?

    (1.  I apply ang regular rules on arrears?)

   (2.  Mawawala ang special offer?)

8.  Ito ba ay transferable;  assignable?

    Opo ang entire package.  Ang individual products and service ay non assignable transfereable.

9.  Paano ang mangyayari kung tumaas mga presyo

    HGMP will honor the same price 5 years from purchase if services price increase.

10. Documentation:

     1.  Regular PPA, DOS and CO

          The service bundle shall be annotated:

          Price of the add on the monthly at bottom, away from the lot price

          Annotation of the bundle at the back of the CO and issuance of TC upon full payment.  TC contain the price, benefits and product description.

For comments/additions/subtractions etc.

Is MVP the right name?

How about Memorial Options?

Bereavement Options?
