1. Minutes of the meeting
1. Engr followed up through email the status of HG Oton retaining wall. Rocel of HGLUMP submitted PDCA for BC of LUMP. I requested for a meeting yesterday.
1. With regards to PDCA, I had some questions both for Calamba and LUMP
Outputs- Selling price; lease or outright sale?
How much? At need only o puede at need?
Matching - will we pay commission?
Throughputs -
1. What is the process for sharing?
2. Will the money be collected:
in operations
in IF
or separate funds for recycling
3. Building permits
4. Construction method
1. May cover
2. Please see transfiguration of Christ columbary and ossuary; can we have thinner walls?
3. Inputs - where do we get the funds for construction?
1. Oton - loan from Majorem
2. LUMP - agreement with HGPMP to fund the BC
2. Follow up:
What happened to :
1. Loan application with Majorem - none; AC has not sent until yesterday the loan application
2. Contracts - none; still waiting for this and that to come etc etc must still be done.
NOTHING HAPPENED SINCE THE MEETING LAST FRIDAY.
3. WTDN
Not to leave the room or let the day pass without completing these TO AVOID LAST WEEKS CHALLENGE.
I did not get the report as requested; no one seemed responsible. Everybody was blaming everybody for not getting things done. Engr GCH did not have the plan completed. Engr GCH, wanted IH, a trainee to make the report. This should have been established in the meeting. Isa was asked to leave the meeting after the loan aspect was taken and therefore should not be held responsible for making a report on this meeting. I have taken upon myself to write this minutes.
Let me warn everybody here, that as it is in the past the buck passing and not taking the responsibility have been the cause of pending projects and delays. Let this be stern warning to all to shape up.
