2. Explain (or list down your alibis) why you were not able/able to reach your targets
a. Lack of staff – CSS2- to mind the multiple interments in our SBU. We have a total 12 applicants from January up to July but unfortunately none was hired. That's why multi- tasking of our staff is a must. CSS1 (AB) is in charge of interment preparation, prospecting and marketing. ACMO concentrates the agents, processing of documents and sometimes do the job of CSS2 especially if there are multiple interments. Whereas SFC is also acts as marketing person.
b. Demotivated employees due to late processing of ORC incentives and Reward points for the sale of service, demotivated agents due to wrong payees in the check and late release.
c. Late processing of approvals, disbursements like IF, commissions, laborers, suppliers that which office staff is spending so much time in following up.
d. Late processing of documents. Clients are asking for their lot title before they will avail beside lot.
3. What is your resolution?
a. Hiring of qualified CSS & at least three (3) OSE's to help us in marketing
b. Constant follow up at the head office
c. Capacitate and motivate employees to be the best for them act fast.
Promote paper less transactions/ minimize the many attachments.
For instance in paying IF, directly summarizing the amount of reimbursements that instead of issuing per IF transactions the AP will issue only one (1) check not sacrificing the proper checking of each items.
d. Hiring of records assistant/Outsourcing
Marketing Strategies this August:
a. Sales presentation in schools after the feeding program
b. Tenting/manning of agents daily at the entrance, every interment with P100.00 allowance.
c. Wake visitation/"Pangangampanya" – to non-customers, dapat may dala either funeral pack worth P200 or 1 pack of sopas, 1 lechon manok, etc.
d. More time to visit agents and clients -
e. Continuous Hiring of CSS2
f. Hiring of atleast three(3) Office Sales Executive

To be the best and effective ACMO of Holy Gardens Pangasinan. Thus, I will exert diligent efforts to do my job well as a motivator, leader, a teacher and a role model to my co –employees and to anyone who I share my life and the company I belong. I must leave my good legacy that whatever "paninira" by one of our broker, I must not be affected because I have done nothing wrong that surrenders my integrity and honor with the company. I am here to SERVE and to give others a way of living and to offer a job that will surely benefits them and the society as a whole. I can do all these things through God who gives strength.
2. In reaching the target.
I must exert more efforts to reach our monthly target because when we hit it I will gain a total of P11k as an additional income.
