CMOs meeting on Saturday, October 11, 2014 re Oct Nov Promo and November 1 event

I discussed this with you on the phone.

Please disseminate and prepare for this.

And we must execute well for this?


At present we only have purchased payong and mugs for those who will buy on or before November 1

Maybe that can do for a while;  we can bring home some of these when we meet.

LET US MEET AT HO ON SATURDAY, October 11, 2014 at 3ffb (except Mildred)   8 am


Other items not covered:   

1.  November 6, 2014 price increase

2.  Special services on interment: (suggestions and proposals)

     1.  flower arrangement

     2.  with waterfalls, and fountain

    3.  other special decor

    4.  food

    5.  musician and singers.

3.  NOvember 1 event preparation:  be ready with these when you come

    1.   traffic

    2.  parking

   3.  security

   4.  sales events/activities

   5.  CR:  first aid, sound system

   6.  tarps, gate pass and park rules

  7.  lighting
