CMOs conference on Nov 1 plans and marketing plans

The Holy Gardens Group CMOs met last October 11 at 3ffb to:

1.  Discuss and understand thoroughly the Nov 1 sales and marketing plan.   The strategy is 5% downpayment.  This was done last year.  The target for this year is 500 plots.  This is our way to make up for our deficiency. Some SBUs manage to just sell 2 to 3 lots per month.

What was emphasized is communication:  to our staff, to the sales execs, and the public via tarps and social media.








2. To receive the promo items:  umbrellas and mugs.  All but Oton received their promo items.

3.  Plan the November 1 event. The plan must cover :

1.  Site appearance
2.  Toilet paper, soap, water, cleaner, cleanliness, supervision
3.  Water supply
4.  Lights and electrical
5.  Signages
6.  Priest and fee (only P1,000 max)
7. Additional security
8.  Garbage disposal  (on the day, regular emptying of bins)
9.  Concessionaire  (rates and rules)
10. Gate pass and park rules
11.  Sound system:  announcement, DJ, Music
12. Personnel deployment
13.  Pries list, master plan and locator
14.  Parking and traffic control

Budget:  

Pangasinan and Calamba 30t

LUMP and Oton   -  P25t

Calapan   -  P15t

For proper and immediate liquidation















4.  Deployment of targets while doing the zumba.
