1.  We are all executives. 

     All employees are.  Not only the bosses.  
     Or the bosses if they cant deliver results, cant be called execs.  No matter
     how high the position is.  But the utility man is utile (useful to the company) in his
     job.  Those who does tasks without results are not executives. 

     We are all hired to get things done, not to obstruct action

2.  We are knowledge workers

    The basic requirement is for us to know the right things about our job and to plan
     to prepare to get it done.  And done correctly. So knowledge of what needs to
     be done and how to do it

     Di puwede ang di ako alam. Ating Alamin

    Di puwedeng sabi ni ganun yan, or dinatnan ko na na iyon.  Know the official process
    and the why. We have blogs, and manuals hard copy and other  superiors to know
    how to do job correctly

   Knowledge is power.  Thus it is important to:

       1.  Know and memorize our vision mission beliefs and principles
       2.  Memorize our prayer
       3.  Memorize by head and heart your job description - admin plan
       4.  Refer to the communications blog
       5.  Read and understand the email.  reply
       6. Learn one new thing a day in your  journals.  may entry ba journal.

    Ang first duty mo sa sarili mo while in the  employ is to IMPROVE YOURSELF

    THOSE WHO READ LEADS.  Be a book addict.  Read one book monthly and see how you rise above the rest

3.  We need to be aligned to our VISION always.

    What we do, what we measure  should be relevant to the vision and mission, and how we do it to our beliefs and principles.  We should be dedicated and disciplined and devoted to follow them.  First you must
know and memorize them

      1. To arrive at our vision, we need CASH FLOW (THE MOST IMPORTANT SALES)
          If we dont collect we dont eat   (But we still eat even with lackluster P10 m
          deficiency in collection
          
     2.  To have CASH flow  we need sales.

          To have sales we need AATR

          Awareness of the product thorugh ads and promotion (tarps, leaflets, soc media)
                    Posting at Bests
                    Posting at FOFF and free obits
                    Sharing at various FB accounts
                    Posting at archives of video tributes
                    Birthdays and anniversaries
                     

          Availability by having:construction going on

                 Maintenance by GT
                 Landscaping by GT
                 Sales map by CSS/SFC
                 Inventories

         Trial:

               At interments
               By having dalaw paburol
               Showing of tributes

        Repeat sales:

              By having customer list (the lake full of cash)
              Mining this list for sale of plots near them
              By reserving 3 plots every sale made
              By text blast for PIS and PMS
              Customer service
               Rewards
               

4. Do it now. DIN. Not mamaya not tomorrow.  NOW.
    ACTION BEGETS ACTION. Lift up the phone and call, do that memo, send that memo  research it now.   Visit the customer.  Not later NOW

   Exercise, control your emotion.  Practice EI  (Emotional Intelligence)  How to to motivate yourself and others
