In the movie, The Ark featured at GMA 7, I caught a portion of the conversation between and among Moses his wife and his children

1. Moses as we know was commanded by God to build an ark in the desert to save his children and all pairs of animals from the great flood which he would send because the men of this earth have become sinners.

2.  He was building it alone;   no one was helping him:   not his children nor his wife.  Everybody thinks he has gone nuts for attempting to build an ark in the desert far away from the sea or river.

3.  One day his wife visited him and joined him in the effort but said he needed a bigger hammer because of the immensity of the project.

4. He talked to his son.   Trying to persuade him to join him;  He said that early on, the eldest obeyed him because the latter loved him.  There were times when he asked the latter to do other things (nag multi tasking)

Because they were more important, and it was being done for others.  It was done because the son loved his father, and the father did it for the  love of others.

The latter did not get it yet, that the son thought only about his wife and family and that he had nothing to do with the ark.

       COMMENTS:

       1.  The children must realize that this business was built and is being nourished for their future
and that a lot of times, the  father was away to give opportunities to others and to help
other people.  And that they being younger and wiser must be serious in making the
business grow and expand.  They have to pay forward.

     2.  The only thing that apply to employees is:

          1.  If they cant accept things being taught them;
          2.  Cant multi task
          3. And even outrightly hostile and arrogant

         THEN OUR CONCLUSION ARE:

         1. They lack love and passion for this company;  all they want is their earning;  are selfish
         2.  If they are not with us, then they are our enemies.
         3.  We must screen our people very well, and we must check:
               1. If they can accept
               2.  If they can obey
               3  If they can love.

Get them of the bus if they do not.

Strive to counsel, mentor and do a lot of handholding to get them to love their job, and
            what ever we are dong.

5.  Later on the wife got sick.  THE OTHER children got it and joined the father in the ark building
project   They realized how much the  father sacrificed for them so that they may live and grow.  Have you washed the  hands of your father. The fathers hand was bruised and had cuts in his quest for the food
for the children

6.  The youngest was enthusiastic to join them but because of a girl, and he got involved in vices and later on was left out and not able to board the ark because of the vice

It is a teajerker if we watch the movie. Some people really do not have the filial devotion and the love
of what they are doing or love of their superiors - to the extent that the names are mispelled

  1. I learned you that you need perseverance and motivation to keep faith in what you are doing. Noah kept the faith and built the ark for his family and all the animals.

  2. I learned that Noah went through a lot of trials. When God asks you to do something and you feel like you can not do it, look at Noah and see how he overcame his work by trusting in God’s plan for him.

  10. Noah is a role model for each one of us. God instruct him to build an ark and he obey even to others it is impossible. He is very passionate and dedicated on what he is doing. He also train his son to be responsible. The success of the person is not about their position. It is about how well he/she will face the challenges in every situation. In Holy Gardens, the company helps us to improve our self. The management think not only for the growth of company but also for the people around their business.
