Establishing symbiosis, fairness and accountability

We must call the attention make on record these items on the 201 file of one of our well
paid officers in the North (Region I)

Objectives:

      1.  To make our Chief Productive and effective , ie produce results

      2.  To establish strong leadership -  leadership by example

      3.  To strengthen accountability  and responsibility - pananagutan

     4.  To eradicate selfishness and make leaders, chief especially, to be a no limit
           person  maging BUKAS PALAD

  Background reality:

    1.  Results -  the concerned sbu plus the new sbu are failing in sales and collection

                        the hiring despite the presence of office and equipment has not
                        been accomplished

                        the landscaping is rustic -  kulay rust kasi kulang landscaping

   2.  Strong leadership 

                      1. The subordinates, maybe following by examples are alibis excuses
                          prone

                      2. They are not aware of their targets and achievements

                      3..  The training sucks:

                            1. Training reports are lacking

                            2.  The people are limited in mindsets -  single track
                                 mind

                           3. The trainees are very negative and resents correction (which
                              is an essential part of training)

                          4.  Trainees accept as a norm, incomplete requirements, delay:

                               ie. past and present CSS  (IF and posting incomplete)

  3.  Accountability and  responsibility 

       1.  The accountability for all the deficiency at the SBU stops at the door /desk
            of the current head whose salary was upgraded. That she is on leave does
            not remove the responsibility on her shoulder.  The snafus about the lack
            of turn over to the person left behind who resigned falls primarily on her
            shoulder.  The lack of training and outputs of the two CSS 2 falls on her 
            shoulder.  The difficulty with the SFC -  delayed  posting, not following
            the admin plan is her responsibility

      2. Fairness (and justice/equity)

          1. When a person is on leave (paid at that) she/he is still on our payroll, and 
              fair play, equity and justice demands that the leader/chief make herself
              available for questions and information.  That is not happening

              If you can call your superior at any time of the day to demand an answer, then
              fairness demands that you repay, that favor by being available also.  Gratitude 
              also requires it.

3. Being unselfish no limit person

       All sins in this world stems from selfishness. We hate selfish, makasariling 
       tao.

      My mother said that a hen that keeps on scratching the food towards her, dulls 
      the end of its claws.  And even mothers sacrifice food for their children

      But this is not happening:

     1.  People follow up their incentives while neglecting their obligations and responsi
          bilities

     2.  Hindi nagtuturo

     3.  Hindi bininubuhusan ng attention at hard work ang mga assigned objectives

WTDN 

1.  Make this on record, memohan separately the long termer to change (if we can. Can we teach old dogs new tricks/habits Sana) IFILE SA 201 FILE

2. Mentorin na magchange, mag transform.  demote while having same salary if still
    hard headed

3.  Get somebody who has more able leadership (but under a long mentoring and training) to replace
