The 3f jm staff can wield the rule because it releases the Gold. If the SBU or staff do
not comply, before imposing CCD leverage your position to compel them to post or obey prior to release of allowances. The thing is the 3f staff are sympathetic to laxity and lack of compliance or execution. We are courting failure...If things do not get done, it is failure
Now many sbus are all ready infected with insubordination and non compliance.
Only Oton and La Union posts: Bests, and Kaizen. We do not see how the SBU look like and we do not get information about the SBU.
SBUS ARE MANDATED TO POST SUCH REPORTS WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING.
Leadership is being forceful, Leadership is implementation.
CAN OUR NEW SET OF OFFICER HAVE THE FORCE AND BACKBONE TO GET
THINGS DONE.
