3. Dust the tables and computers before starting to work
4. Empty the trash can

3. WHY WE NEED TO MEET INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE STANDARDS (Because our customers are from here and abroad
and many of our customers have come from abroad)
4. AVOID REWORKS: do work right the first time; by understanding what is being taught, and reading well the documents
and literature. BY OBEYING. (Is this happening?)
5. MEETING CUSTOMERS AND ATTENDING TO THEIR NEEDS IS A PRIORITY; why we cant delay our actions
